At Keebool, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our American Western and vintage utility collections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a transparent 30-day return window.


1. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a fast and secure process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Initiation — Email us at service@keebool.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Authorization & Address — Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a specialized Return Authorization.

  • Step 3: Packaging — Securely repack the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags, accessories, and protective materials.

  • Step 4: Inspection & Refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a successful refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Requested within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.


3. Refund Details & Timelines

  • Original Payment Method: All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Visa, MasterCard) used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: While we process refunds within 7 business days, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the balance.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Keebool's Responsibility: If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer's Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., style, color, size, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our designated warehouse in China.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are considered Final Sale:

  • Lingerie, Swimwear, and Sleepwear.

  • Accessories, Jumpsuits, and Free Gifts.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at no cost before they are processed for shipping.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled as a standard return according to the steps above.
